Web Host Aplus.Net Adds Media Wiki Oct 28, 2005
Web hosting provider Aplus.Net (aplus.net) announced on Thursday that it had introduced Media Wiki to enhance its customers' Web site building options.
 Media Wiki, under the GNU public license, is a Web-based tool that enables multiple users to collaborate on Web site design and editing. The tool was developed and 1995 and is used to create and maintain popular collaborative Web sites such as Wikipedia.org. "At Aplus.Net, our goal is to release cutting-edge technologies that are also intuitive and simple for our customers to learn and use. The Media Wiki is a great example," says Ivan Vachovsky, CEO of Aplus.Net. "We realize that many of our customers do not want to spend their time learning advanced technical intricacies, so we do our best to provide them with easy yet effective tools." Media Wiki is available with most of the company's Web hosting plans and can be accessed from the "web design" section of the control panel.
