Use submit form for hosting news!| Web Host Aplus.Net Offers Hosted CRM Jul 28, 2005 | Web hosting provider Aplus.Net (aplus.net) announced late on Wednesday that it had introduced iCRM Pro (aplus.net/icrmpro.html), a hosted customer relationship management solution.
The online solution, Aplus.Net says, enables small businesses to work more efficiently and better manage relationships with prospective and existing customers. The iCRM Pro service is based on the open source SugarCRM product. Aplus.Net will install, maintain and host the software out of its own data centers. "This is an easy to use, professional solution for businesses that are ready to get serious about sales and customer support automation," says Ivan Vachovsky, chief executive officer of Aplus.Net. "ICRM Pro can be setup in a matter of hours and accessed from anywhere in the world via the Web. All the user needs is an Internet connection and the desire to beat the competition by improving customer satisfaction." The company says it is the first Web host to offer a hosted CRM solution.
