Use submit form for hosting news!| Web Host Avantex Offers $0.99 Domains May 11, 2005 | Canadian domain registrar and Web hosting provider Avantex (avantex.org) announced on Tuesday that it had reduced the price of its .com, .net and .org domains to $0.99 per year.
"With this major price cut, Avantex is the lowest-cost domain name registration service provider in the industry," says George Baker, president and CEO of Avantex Hosting.
While several hosting companies offer domain names for free as an add-on to their hosting services, Avantex?s price certainly lands below the lowest domain retail prices.
