The two companies will join together to port Zeus? flagship Extensible Traffic Manager to Secure64?s network-edge technology platform.
"Zeus Technology is a premier software developer that has seen the speed and security benefits our platform will bring to its flagship software product," says Domenic Gianfrancesco, vice president of sales and marketing of Secure64. "We are excited to have them as a strategic partner."
With several core patents pending, Secure64 is the first to deploy the capabilities of the Itanium microprocessor architecture to move past the performance and security limitations of current general-purpose operating systems and hardware technologies. A growing number of third-party software developers are now following suit, expressing full interest in Secure64?s technology.
ZXTM on the Secure64 platform, expected to ship by early 2006, allows its users to manage, secure and optimize complex application traffic.
