Connectology to Resell Rackspace Europe Jan 13, 2005

Managed Web host Rackspace Managed Hosting Europe (rackspace.co.uk) announced on Thursday that it has awarded Approved Reseller status to independent UK network service provider Connectology.

Rackspace Europe says Connectology's new certification helps it become the first pure systems integrator in Rackspace's Global Partner Programme, joining Rackspace's elite Fanatical Support club.
Connectology will continue to have control over its relationship with customers, including billing and first line support, but can now take advantage of Rackspace's professional managed hosting and customer service.
"Our reseller agreement with Rackspace allows us to provide customers with the best support offering in the hosted solutions marketplace," says Jonathan Wagstaffe, managing director at Connectology. "We're committed to providing the right combination of resources and expertise to ensure our customers implement fully operational networks and Internet solutions and we're proud to be able to offer Rackspace's Fanatical Support as part of this."
