Sad to say 123together.com has not lived up to their claim of "Mission Critical" as we have had numerous outages on the order of once every two weeks. I agree that the status page was not informative. I have submitted my concerns to them. I'm currently up and working properly. Coming from a previous exchange hosting provider the support and services I get from 123Together are unmatchable; I'm saving a lot of money from having to host my own in-house server solution.

January 7, 2009 Josh ( Josh[dot]Steenmeye[at]gmail[dot]com ) | I have the same issue as the previous reviewer. 123together.com's status page says "Experiencing intermittent issues" but in reality I haven't been able to access my e-mail since 1.3.2009. This is day 4 of an outage and when I contacted support I was told "Our techs are aware of this issue"
Their techs may be aware but they certainly don't know how to fix it. I choose 123together.com because they were awarded Microsoft's 2008 infostructure partner of the but apparently that doesn't mean a thing.

January 7, 2009 Eric Fuller ( eric[at]cubicdissection[dot]com ) | I needed "Mission Critical" email, something very reliable, so I signed up with 123together on Jan4. Everything looked good, so I initiated several domain transfers, new hosting, reissue SSL cert, etc. From Jan5 to Jan7 they claimed to have "intermittant" connection problems. In reality, everything was down for two days, stretching a simple 3 hour job into a 3 day job. Tech support gave false deadlines, manager did too. Customer service gave me the runaround. No one sounded like they cared. Not even billing this morning when I called to cancel. Sherweb got my business, and their support and service has been the opposite of 123together - that is, excellent.

The longest being an outage during two business days where we were unable to send, receive, or use OWA. Problems noted on their Server Status page typically indicated "intermittent" outages but our experiences aren't intermittent during these episodes.
