The WORST hosting company I have been hosting my site with. I left them after a year having paid for 2 years upfront. Site has been down regularly for long periods of time. Almost impossible to get any responce or service from tech support. Email stopped working after a few months and was never fixed. When site went down for the last time I tried getting in touch with them with no result. Had to leave Accuburst and move to another provider. AVOID THEM!

This is the worst host ever. Do a search on reviews before you waste your time or money.
I first started with them in Oct 05 and took my domain to them as well. They were great at first. Then things started to slip in Jan 06. They were okay about answering but by the summer of 06, they failed to meet their 00.0% uptime guarantee. But still I stuck it out. By Oct 06 I was ready to switch. Yet this is when I started not being able to get hold of them, my site would go down for days then weeks. calls went to voicemail. The online support wasn't avalible.
I decided to switch in Nov but then noticed that they had registered my domain under someone else's name. I filed with the BBB again (2nd time) eventually and all they did was tell me my site had been part of one that got "taken over" but then they changed the owner back to accuburst, NOT ME which I paid for it thus it was suppsed to be me. Now my site goes to an advertiser and they still own it. They've highjacked my website, surabufix.com and SOLD it and I can NOT get it back because they changed the listed owner and will not return phone calls, emails or even the BBB inquiries. Anyone doing a class action against them let me know! They have taken over my domain that I've had since 1998 and I can not get it back. Makes me want to cry

I have had an AccuBURST value plan for over a year now. This host is a total fraud.
They will not answer their phone, nor return my messages. They will not respond to my emails. Their trouble ticket system is incessantly broken. If you get ahold of them by chat, then they will not open a trouble ticket for you, but they will advise you to submit your request via email - don't expect a reply of course. I attempted to contact AccuBURST and open trouble tickets in myriad ways over the past year and have had 0% success in getting my issues resolved most of which have to do with missing features touted on the hosting plan, poor server reliability, and broken services - you can expect them to tell you that the service has been turned off for security purposes (Ever heard of patching your software?)

This company should avoided by everyone to be honest. I contacted them in mid-September about unlocking my domain. Excluding two generated emails I haven't heard anything and it's now early-November.
They've refused my requests for refunds (so they walked away with my money for services I've never received), ignored my support tickets and have deleted my account on the message board forums at least once. They won't even let me create a new account. That said, most of the time the forum isn't even active.
Do NOT use Accuburst at any cost.

I have had websites hosted by Accuburst.com for years. I still have one on their old billing system. Accuburst has disappeared for all intents and purposes. They have not answered emails, support request, phone calls for months. Worse they gave two of my domain names away to an individual who does not exist . . Avoid this host at any cost

I've been with them for one year. Lots of features, but very poor reliability (my site was down for long periods of times, repeatedly). They claim all their servers are Xeons and P4 with at least 1 Gig Ram. It's false, since they once offered to transfer me onto another machine, a low-end celeron with 512 megs of Ram...I shared a server with 187 other sites, that probably included porn sites, since the CPU/Memory usage was always high.
The worst thing is that they will keep charging you even if you cancel. 40 days or so before my account expired, I asked that they confirm that they wouldn't keep charging me and renew it without my consent. I've sent them daily emails during two weeks, never got a reply, and guess what, they renewed it. Luckily, before they did so, I told my credit card fraud department I suspected that such an illegal transaction would happen, so I was protected (they renewed both my domain name and account, but later terminated the account. The domain name is still registered)
Don't trust the network status indicator on their website. It always states "good", since it's not even an applet, just take a look at the page's source code. Their live chat system doesn't work. Their phone lines are always busy.
Accuburst sucks. Avoid them.

Accuburst finally returned my money in October after requesting cancellation in August. Working through the Better Business Bureau seemed helpful, as the company sent them a friendly email written to me to the local BBB office, claiming they'd refund my money the following week, which they did. Inexplicably, I did not receive this notification, nor any communication from this company, so I still cannot verify if my account is actually cancelled. The site is still active. Buyer beware.

It says that I am hosted with them still but not by choice. These slimy little bastards will take your card and repeatedly charge you for services without your permission. You can try to contact them but they will not answer ("all customer service reps are busy" says the machine constantly). They will not respond to your emails. Their trouble ticket system is broken. Their Live Chat system is broken. They will do anything they can to avoid you. Stay away from these scum Accuburst sucks! Don't believe me? Try to call/email/live chat with them... try to get any response... then try to do it 3 times in a row.

Are you kidding me? I placed a cancellation request with these crooks on August 14th of 2006 via phone, email and trouble ticket. After a few days someone (no contact info, no name) replied that they'd take care of it. Come the 1st of September, they BILLED ME AGAIN. Since then, they simply refused to answer phone, email or trouble ticket. Though they keep billing me, they've locked me out of my account. As of September 15, a full month later, still no reply, no cancellation, nor any refund for the fraudulent activity on my card. As such, they have been reported to the BBB (as other AccuBUST victims have rightly done) and I continue to get narry a peep from these shysters. Not to mention a complete failure to honor their money back guarantee, a completely broken account administration section (that's right: no way to cancel or change your account online, the "24/7" chat feature which simply doesn't work), a refusal to answer the phone or reply to messages, and the WORST uptime possible. Why would I make this stuff up? Look at the vague, exclamation point-ridden cut-and-pasted reviews on this site. They're identical to the cut-and-pasted reviews on other sites. What galls me is that someone has the time to spam fake reviews as recently as last month but no one can answer the phone or simply cancel and account. Again, the WORST of the WORST.

Worst of the worst. Stay far away from this company. The do not host web sites -- they simply bill credit cards. I challenge anyone to get through to a live person on their alleged phone line. They simply refused to acknowledge or reply to my request for a refund as prominently promised on their splashy 30-day guarantee posted everywhere on their site. There is no way to self-service one's account to change or cancel services, the chat functionality and trouble ticket function has been broken for weeks. These crooks just don't care, but they WILL bill you as much as possible for services not delivererd. Do not expect a site hosted with Accuburst to be functional or available. Do no expect anyone to answer email messages or trouble tickets. Please do not expect anyone to answer the phone. Do expect: double-billing, NO customer service, the worst uptime possible, fraudulent activitiy, no accountability. Put simply, these people are crooks and need to be shut down.

Site is down much more than any previous host has been down. Presently I can't get my subdomain to work at all. Half of the time the e-mail doesn't work. Overall tech support is a joke. Daily e-mails to sales and support both haven't gotten any replies. The control panel is as good as any but very slow to load.
to be honest a person would be way ahead to just use free hosting somewhere. this host is down so much you would never keep regular visitors. I have noticed that recently they have upgraded servers or something because when you check the status they aren't always overloaded. Maybe when they get straightened around they might be ok. I have lost so much at this point I just want someone different.
