Utter rubbish and we fully agree with
"Absolutely no customer service people who knew anything, about anything."
The 1st support reply even when the site is crashed always start with
"Please give the steps to recreate the error. Thanks for using the help desk, if you have any further difficulties or are required to respond to your request, please login to the help desk"
and then stand by for weeks of emails and further issues cropping up
We have 4 sites hosted by them which are constantly changing servers leaving serious security issues and crashing the site requiring recoding to get them back online and secure.

I used the "mega" plan with these people for over a year, and had nothing but headaches.
Absolutely no customer service people who knew anything, about anything.
Repeated crashes and data losses were just unimaginable. Were incapable of keeping up to date with improvements in apache and PHP.
I have since switched two a new web host, and am *still* trying to get them to cancel my account. It's been over a week, and despite repeated emails, they have ignored my requests to cancel my account. When I try to call, I get a busy signal.
I'm going to have to resort to asking my bank to block all future auto-payment to this company.

This hosting company (person) is the one of the worst if not the worst company that I have ever used.
They dont have support, dont answer the phone, dont have backups and if you go over your quota by 1KB they close your website.
My advise KEEP AWAY 100 yards!
Hope to save some web savy soles from this disaster.
He will prbebly change the company's name again as it was changed from anhosting.com a while back.
