All our servers are privately owned co-located servers, and we have a small but extremely dedicated work force. Our servers aren't leased, and are all owned by Bionic Hosting Ltd. On the rare occasion that there are issues with any of our servers, we can fix them straight away without having to wait for somebody else to do it.

Couldn't agree more with the other customers. I've been waiting a month to get them to point my domain name to my hosting package. The loss of business is of no concern to them. IN ONE WORD - INCOMPETENT.
