Form last six months I have been with them the network has been up 100%. One server did develop a hardware fault (which they spotted before it was a problem, and organised the fix to be at 1am when our site was quietest. It only took them 10 minutes). They are proactive, professional and as their adverts say - fanatical. It's nice to have a supplier so reliable.
I like their Ardent support with 24x7 phone support
