NO | Absolutely great web hosting from these guys. Sign up was quick and painless and account was activated in minutes.
Support staff is EXTREMELY friendly, and very intteligent. They helped me with everything, they even installed many of my scripts for me. They are also very responsive and easy to talk to.
Servers haven't been down ever yet and are extremely fast. They do great load balancing as I never saw my server load go above 1.
Overall these guys are great, and I contacted them as I had an unusual billing situation and they were extremely flexible for me, :).
Great guys there, highly reccomended.
