I have been a Fat Cow customer for over 5 years but am preparing to move my websites to another host. I've been having response time issues on my discussion forum (phpBB) for the last 6 months and can not get Fat Cow customer service to resolve the issue. I've repetedly documented the the issue using timings from internetsupervision.com but to no avail. Help desk tickets have been ignored and calls to customer service have resulted in promises of improvement but ultimately no action. I have started to lose members because of the poor response times so I am left with no alternative but to move to another web host.

Don't go there. A horrible service. Terrible customer service. More downtime than other services, slow - there is simply nothing redeeming about them. Pick anyone else. It's not worth saving a few bucks for such a lousy service.

Since they were acquired, FatCow has gone downhill. Servers run slowly, tech support is spotty, fees keep increasing, and the control panel is at best klugey, at worst completely broken and unintuitive. Very disappointing, since they used to be one of the best.
