"HostDemon.net gave me an easy to use control panel called, "cPanel" with "Fantastico Deluxe" which is a program that I can use to setup things like forums and blogs automatically. They ran my site on linux servers and if I ran into a problem (being new to online business I did alot) I always had someone to help me.
It was great having someone that knew alot but didn't make me feel dumb with all my newbie questions."

"Great communication with designers. They incorporated all of my desires and changes on my website and setup my domain without any hassles.
They were also very quick with the design and implementation of the site.
They helped move my old forum to them.
The features are more than I'll ever use and well worth the going rate they charge with no noticeable downtime."

They were awsome and had more features than most well known hosts do. I liked they're business soultions. They setup a RSS feed on our company intranet to download business meetings in the form of a podcast. How many businesses do you know that expect they're employee's to bring an ipod to work?
HostDemon.net uses cPanel with Fantasico on linux servers. Its very easy to use and basically the standard.
The customer support is simply the best!
They have saved me so much money from having to rent a venue for business meetings and I get a larger amount of traffic thanks to the business hosting soultions they provide.
The only downside is they don't oversell which is a mixed bag in my opinion. On one hand most will never use the amount they give and on the other hand other cheap hosts oversell so you get more space for the same price or less. I perfer a host taht is honest and only gives you what they actually have, so I choose HostDemon.net

Best support I've ever got from a web host and they went out of they're way to help. They transferred all my files from my old host to them and setup the domain with my info in the whois database.
They responded instantly through: chat, email, tickets, phone, etc. No copy & paste crap that others give. They gave me a special discount of a one time payment of $15 for the live of my hosting, webdesign, transfers, and domain. Best of all they deliver and have been around for awhile.
The features are way more than I need and the control panel is easy to use but I'm still getting the hang of cPanel with Fantastico. They have 2 different web building software with thousands of templates.
I haven't been with them long with the new site but have had them do freelance work on my old host and they are A1. They started out with a DreamHost account that we shared ages ago.
A cool new thing that they do is wireless mobile device soultions, like websites on psp, ps3, cell phones, pda, palm pilot, ipods etc. I'm thinking of getting them to do a version of my gaming website for a psp so it will be portable.
