One of the worst customer support. just one person is there in the support and she too becomes angry if too many tickets are there. Take toooooooo long to respond to tickets. They will treat u well only for first 14 days - trial period...after you have paid you their customer service officers run away.
Seeing the feedback from others....I guess these must have been given by the website owner himself.
Highly dissatifying experience....will not recommed anyone.

Excellent customer support, 10-15 minutes responses mostly! Perfect Tomcat enviroment, I spend two hours only to deploy my app, where I had to spend days (with no results) with other companies.
