IPower is a dreadful host. I recommend you avoid them. The "uptime" for my website was only about 80% for several weeks before I canceled my account with them.

So far my service with ipower has been ok. (ipower pro plan) For the price i paid i am not disappointed, however i am not too sure what their service was like in the past. I am so convinced about their service that i even wrote a review here.
