A terrible, terrible company with lousy support and slow servers. I hosted with them too long because I didn't want to go through the trouble of switching to a different host. I thought their service/reliability might improve, but in the end it was so much frustration and headaches I switched to someone else and am very happy

Lypha is absolutely THE worst middleman hosting provider EVER!
They are NOT the real hosting company, ImHosted.com is. All Lypha does is B/S their way around your trouble tickets. Yes I said TICKETS because you will send plenty of them.
There is NO telephone support. You will be directed to using the Ticket system.
Looking for service? So was I.
Looking for a refund? So was I.
One thing I can say is they put the LIE in LYPHA.

I have hosted with them over 2 year(can't believe it) and have tolerated the frequent down time issues. But the recent event is my last straw. I couldn't access my website, my email and even Ftp. I have even did an online ping from different countries and it has over at least 50% lost packets from over 10 different countries!!!!! That is just horrible and its inexcusable!!!. Whoever hosted their website with them might not be accessible via certain countries. Good luck to whoever hosted with them.

SIMPLY STAY AWAY FROM LYPHA.COM.
SIGNED UP TWO SEPERATED DOMAINS WITH THIS "COMPANY". SINCE DAY ONE THERE IS NOTHING BUT "THE PAGES CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" MEANING THEIR SERVERS ARE DOWN.
FIRST IT STARTED TO GET SLOW, PAGES (TEXT BASED) ARE OPENING FOR MORE THEN 2 MINUTES, AND OUT OF THE BLUE, BOOM, NOTHING. FTP DOWN, E-MAIL DOWN, WEBSITE DOWN.
AND IT GETS WORSE, ICQ ASHLEY AND DIJO "SUPPORT" NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.
WHATEVER YOU DO STAY THE HELL AWAY, YOU WILL LOOSE TIME AND THE MONEY!!!!
AND THEN IT CAME TO ME, FOR SOME STRANGE REASON THEIR DNS SERVERS AND SAME EXACT NAMES DIJO AND ASHLEY POP UP. HMMM WHERE DID I SEE THEM, VOILA I HAD THE SAME BAD SERVER/SUPPORT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SISTER COMPANY IMHOSTED.COM WHO'S THE SAME JUNK AS THIS.

HORRIBLE WEBHOST! Stay away. They have nonexistant support who will outright LIE to you if you even get a response, their servers go down randomly for days with no explanation, etc. I wouldn't wish their service on my worst enemy.

One of the worst hosting companies we came across since 2005 out of 2701 companies. In the name of so called hosting services Lypha.com is charging their customers for anything but what they advertise on their website hosted on a 'marked' server. Because their own server is spoofed the company (Lypha) itself can't provide any speed, accuracy, maintenance, tech-support, etc. they claim they are able to do so. The 'positive' feedbacks of Lypha.com are also counterfeit as stated on the awarding sites and their so called 'awards' has no base or reality check. In conclusion the site Lypha.com has no real existence (there is not an incorporated company as at September 22, 2007). Lypha is not a legitimate and legal entity and in consequences it can't be drown to court in any lawsuit as incorporated. It has to be reported to the Internet Fraud Association.

In order to get justice against Lypha.com - another big fraud - for ID theft, misconduct, misrepresentation, bad service, etc., there has to be a community of customers unhappy with their acquisition at Lypha.com and ready to submit their checkable experience with this 'web-hosting' site.
Till that time you are advice do not make any further purchase from this online-offender. Do your research and spend a fair amount of your time on reviews and companies registrar before you attempting to acquire any services over the Internet.

I've been with Lypha for about a month and have had nothing but problems. They advertise that they support Interchange, but it seems to break every day and their support doesn't seem to know about it until you tell them. Their phone number just leads to a voicemail, which goes nowhere. If you can find someone on ICQ they are from India and don't know how to fix the problems. Open a ticket and it will still be sitting there unresolved days later. Definitely not recommended if you have a site that you care about.

They advertise phone support BUT you can only contact them with a trouble ticket that sometimes takes 48 hours for a reply IF they reply at all. When asked about phone support they say that they don't offer it and will be removing the phone numbers from their website.
There a lots of slow load times and outages. I've canceled within the 30 day guarantee period and am having trouble getting my domain transferred away from them. THEY DO NOT reply to my emails and I have no other way to contact them. They're GHOSTS.
They also advertise contact via ICQ, but I use a Mac and ICQ won't work with it.
STAY AWAY from Lypha.com . . . I wish I did.

Lypha is an imhosted.com reseller.
Essentially the only difference between the two sites is that lypha has support via ICQ and imhosted.com does their support using liveperson.
