manashosting really really provides very bas service. i have puchase hosting package from manashosting. after purchase they send me mail of my account information.but i dont know how to host my domain on this space. when i ask from live technical supoort they send me same link 10-15 time. when i ask how use this they said follow the link.
every time i ask them they sent same link. when i call them no one pick the phone. i have called them 6 times. im really very disapointed from manashosting. now im leave there server and going to purchase new hosting space. i said to technical that sir i dont know anything about hosting. they make fun that sir then i cant host ur site. im really very very harassed and disapointed

they ask me 10 reson y i m asking for refund i send them mail i thought whould share it with u also. here it is
1 - WHen i call ur live chat guys they always run away without solving problme and after
some days survey guys call and ask me "hows ur experiance with lice chat sir" - Hilarious
2 - With phone chat guys whenere i talk they throw me to diifrent departmenst and always
gave me diifrent numbers like - 08065761798, 09845388023, 09341555513 - dinesh - Hilarious
3 - I also buyed one normal windows pack of rupes 1400 for domain name -
www.childatschool.com. After that my sitte is down 50 times in three two months and i have
to generate 50 tickets to make it work - Hilarious
4 - In resller pack U have wrriten on website that u wil provide aspjpeg and other asp
componenets but except aspsmartupload componenets none of the componenet work
5 - While using Aspsmartupload comp. i need power to upload atleats 2 mb of files but u have
alloted only 200kb of file can be uploaded when i chat and talk with ur live chat and phone

i bhough webhosting from manashosting since 8 months and my all site were down 7 months professionals advice 100 domains on a web server and manas hosting host 6000 domains on a server. so just think that when there is 6000 domains on a server the if you host a website on the server just think what will be the download and upload speed??. how can the website can surrvive with a site which is hosted on manas hosting.

I don't agree with this.I've been with manashosting for about 2year s and so far, the experience has left me satisfied with my decision. Performance is excellent. In a recent issue, Manashosting has solved the problem quickly, and has given me the knowledge to ensure it doesn't happen again. I definitely get the impression that they care about their customers.

I am not agree with raopareet and argth56. when i took hosting from manas they assured very good services but after i purchased i had many problem to continue with manas hosting they do not reply on chat and ticket and all the time there mobile is no-reply....
i recommend you to avoid manashosting.

Manas Hosting cannot handle so many customers. There technical support team dose not have complete knowledege. While chating they usualy copy/paste answers from FAQ. Since it has closed its branches the customers are unable to get the litte support which they were gettinf from the branches. the customurs are looking for substitute web hosting company. Just like me.

Manashosting support is one of the best I have seen they provide both phone and live support and most of the time any issue I needed to get resolved usually got resolved the same day their support is excellent.I think if you want to get good web-hosting that guarantees you quick support and uptime then you should go for manashosting.In my experience I feel manashosting is the best hosting.
