Network Solutions has the worst customer service. I switched from an e-commerce package to a hosting package and they still kept charging me for the e-commerce package. I repeatedly called to let them know they were still charging me. Every time I called they told me the billing dept would email me, because they only communicate through email. Never did I receive an email. 5 months later i finally get it canceled but, they will not credit my credit card because they show no record of my several calls. I will never deal with them again. I am currently looking for a new host.

I have never seen such a shameless support, actually where is the support?I continued my company account with them for 2 years, and whenever I required help, no one was there to support.
More stupid thing, there is a Technical Support link on their site, I filled-up the whole story in that and finally I was responded that I was supposed to submit the issue in their Express Service Request link and not in Technical support. OK I did that too, again I got a auto response, saying your problem cannot be resolved until you call us. Frustrated but I still called them. A lot of hold-times, and transfering call, finally the so-called support person said that I have noted down your issue and I will pass it to teh technical team. I got really frustrated with this type of support. And the worst part is that even then it took more than 10 days to resolve the minor issue.

Plan: advanced hosting package
I am verry DISSAPOINTED of them, they are not professional.
First: I payed for private registration of my domain and my name appears public on "whois database". I had to transfer the domain to goddady for a really private registration.
Few days ago they suspended my website without inform me. One day after this I recived an automated e-mail response. I really don t understant why they suspended my website.
I am still looking for a company host my website.
I advise all of you not work with them. You will lose your money

This company is hosting a website in control of the Myanmar regime. A criminal and violent regime that gives the command to shoot at unarmed citizens. It is a portal for their lies about the oppression of the people of Myanmar. Please boycott this hosting company until they won't accept bloodmoney anymore

do not give credit on old plan if you switch to a new plan (sunk cost)
2-4 times as expensive on domains as godaddy!!!
