NO | Finally got my FTP details. It took a while but I finally got them.
Could not get them through the phone but i managed to obtain them.
It is working well so far, so I may just hope that this will go on

Plexiweb is actually the worst company I came across so far online.
After registering for a 1 year contract (payment went through alright, as usual!), I requested to get my user name and password details to upload my files.
After sending almost 7 emails (via their contact form and my personal inbox) I could never get the required information. As a consequence, the domain name selected is not available anymore (completely wasted thanks to plexiweb), so I cannot use it and I lost my money.
Fantastic and so professional!!!
By the way, the phone number provided on their website does not work (how surprising), so do not try to contact their customer service, it is an absolute waste of time.
