i am supporting a small business which is hosted by resgister.com. their reliability seems to be soso (email actually was down for for a little bit), their site navigation to access their services is very confusing and not intuitive, their customer service was prompt but like a bad phone company they were trying to sell me more services i did not ask for and they are charging quite heavy for their products compared to other companies. i was not impressed at all. featurewise they do not stand out but give you the standard package.

Register.com is great. I used other hosting companies in the past and was highly disappointed. Since working with Register.com I have not had any problems. Their support is excellent. My questions always get answered. Highly Recommended!!
