I have seriously had 100% uptime on their services, its not one of those hosts who stay for a week or two and then shut down or do not keep their records. I am proof of that, just staying over a year is enough to show the have a great service.
Support is always just a click away - never seem to have had any problems with that aspect. Infact I would say it is one of the best supports I have worked with during my 4 years of being a webmaster. Any problem you have they are willing to help fix.
Prices are outstanding. Firstly they start cheap - yeah helps get the users but this isn't a company that will up the prices after a month. It has stayed cheap, over my year of being with them- the prices have even dropped!
If all that is not enough to get you wanting to sign up now then I do not kn! ow what would be, seriously they are the best hosting company I have ever been with. And I know once you have been with them, you wont be disappointed, I doubt you will even look elsewhere!
