I have been hosting with superb.net for over 2 years. It is a plain jane hosting service. You don't get access to many things - no raw log files, no detailed server stats, no cron job and their control panel is very basic. The customer service over the email is pretty useless - Your hosting option does not allow - this. You will need to upgrade... Downtime is rare though. In all these years I have had only 5 downtime lasting about a day each time. If you think this is normal that is. Yes. They have a reasonably fast server and connectivity is fairly decent.
