They guarantee 99.9% uptime, but they rarely make it. After 3+ years with them I finally figured out that I need to move. It is not unusual for both shared and dedicated hosting to be completely down for 3 hours a week. When it is back online you get explanations like, "there was a power outage". You can NEVER reach anyone on the phone. I'm starting to wonder if they are even staffed on the weekends.
