February 23, 2010 Donald ( donnielan(at)yahoo(dot)com ) | Tellup, should be more like... Tell you everything, but what you need to know. I recently attempted to do business with this family ran operation. I guess, unlike the huge, conglomerates, they have no knowledge of how to deal with customers. I thought the bad customer service would just come at the hands at these large conglomerates, But Tellup, shows that it can come at the hands of wanabe's as well. Often I directed questions to it's people and my questions were selectively answered. IT seemed as though they just answered what they wanted to, and didnt bother with the rest. They often told me what to do, but rarely told me how to do it, if they responded at all. They also told me, and I have the emails to prove it, that I am not worth there time. Well tellup, your not worth mine And I hope all future customers think twice, before doing business with these guys, anyone who would like to see some of the responses I got from them, or lack of response, please feel free to contact me at donnielan@yahoo.com

Yes it is true, we were bound to get a bad review at some point. And it is true that we failed to spend the majority of our day answering the dozens of support tickets teaching you how to administer and run your website, this is after spending several nights building it for you for free. But honestly when it got to the point that you began your vociferous attacks on us because we could not get you to understand what a web site is, and spend hours on voice over IP with you, we felt we had no alternative but to ask you to move your hosting and refund 100% of your money, we can't help but to notice that a month later your still hosting your website on our service and for free at this point I must add.

Joe is a straight-up guy who really loves what he is doing. His enthusiasm flows through to his work in a way that results in excellent service. He is always willing to make time to answer your questions...no matter what time you may call him. Remember the local old time hardware store? When you walked in, you were greeted by name and had the attention and help you needed to get your project done? This is exactly how you are treated with Joe. Customer service is his main goal and you can tell that he strives to do his best for the customer. What other owner or company will give you their home phone number and tell you to call whenever you have a question?

March 4, 2009 Greg Carr ( my_gaurdian2(at)yahoo(dot)com ) | Working with Joe Tellup over the last 3 years I have come to realize that this man actually cares a lot, maybe sometimes too much, about his customers. If you have a problem with your website, one phone call to his home and Joe will be on it until it is fixed, he will work at it until you are satisfied. And yes I said his home number, because unlike all the other hosting serves out there right now, he will answer his phone and answer your questions truthfully. Now the other Web hosting places out there, which offer very low rates for hosting, but do not tell you in advance that if you have issues or problems they may not be able to help because you get what you pay for. Joe's Web hosting is straight forward, if you know enough about making web pages and maintaining them than the basic hosting is perfect. If you are unsure of your knowledge on web pages and need help, than the managed hosting is perfect. If you have some basic web page knowledge but still need a little help, than the unmanaged hosting is perfect. With any of his packages, it is nothing to call Joe if you have a questions or problem, he will answer you promptly and get you on your way. This may look like a bias review, but let me reassure you that unlike the massive conglomerate web hosting companies out there today, that take you money and forget about you, Joe Tellup is bringing back the personalized customer care and dedication that is needed.

Store front got hacked one night, I called Joe and he just chuckled said he had it backed up, ten minutes, we are back in the saddle. He set me up, did a preliminary design got my store online and registered my domain. Sent me a bill for $30.00, you talk about customer service?You can call him email him or go knock on his door he is always there, now I have the best email service with him that i have ever had
