You have unlimited traffic until you reach a very low bandwith restriction. While there customer service responded quick, they would not help with the problem I was having and only wanted to sell me a larger package.

its a company that requires you to always be in contact with customer service. their servers are always down!!!!!!! its so slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amber ( awitherspoon80[at]gmail[dot]com ) | This is a very BAD service and experience for me. TMD advertised that they were the perfect site for all my dolphin needs. Then about 31 days later they suspended my account because they said that I was using too many of there shared resources. I only had 30 members. And only about 6 ever were online at one time. They told me that i needed to pay them 160.00 a month for a dedicated server or else there was nothing they could no longer do for me. Oh n get this. Of course since i was (1) day past the 30 day refund limit. I got zero ... lol. This company is a scam. Consumer please BeWare!

Toan Tran ( -no email- ) | I recently chose hosting with this company as a host for my Moodle application for their competitive pricing. Their control panel takes a bit getting used to, but has most of what you need.
I also have accounts with other hosts such as GoDaddy and Webhost4Life. From my experience, their customer service is far superior to the other hosts I've been with. Their responses were prompt and informative, reflecting a very knowledgeable and professional staff. This is a refreshing change from dealing with the usual "go check your code and your setup" responses from some of the other hosts.

All I had to do was give them a domain name (registered free by them), tell them I wanted to use SilverStripe CMS and the name of the Silverstripe theme and that I wanted the Blog module added.
The Support team did everything else for me!
Could not have been easier.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the support. The response time for tickets is amazing. No matter what time it is, they are there to give an excellent and quick support.
Every single support ticket has been solved in a few minutes time. The customer relation is always friendly and polite.
The client area is very easy to use. Everything is in front of you and you don't have to search for a specific issue to submit a ticket.
Also the cpanel has many features that you can use. I wish only they had the @mail in the cpanel for mailing. :)
I highly recommend TMDHosting!!

When I say 5 star... I'm talking ticket support response time in minutes. These guys are fast and know their stuff. They also install any template you may need, saving you time and money. In addition to a providing extremely cost effective hosting, they provide an easy to use cpanel, video tutorials, clear guidance and instructions and a comprehensive range of inclusive services. However the thing that truly seperates them from all the previous hosting companies I have used is the the quality of their service.
You raise a ticket which get immediately acknowledged and further more generally gets responded to within 10-15 minutes 24/7. You talk to a real person who generally is experienced and able to answer your queries without jargon. Additional information is given without being asked for and they are always outstandingly polite and keen to assist. In transferring over clients we've had a number of technical queries to manage and in every instance they've been brilliant.
I can't praise these guys highly enough, it will take a while but we will move all our sites across to TMD - I only wish I'd discovered them years ago.

Scott Coyle ( scott(at)kenaisource(dot)info ) | I was a host gator customer for over 2 years and when I asked for them to install a mediawiki application they told me it would cost $40, and after spending well over $2000 with only one support question asked I was quite angry and only after moving over to TMD did I recieve an email from an admin stating they would do an installation for free. Basically it was a wasted $2000, even though TMD doesnt have a "live" support staff they always fix issues within 2-3 minutes and I currently have 2 mediawiki installations going and they haven't charged me a dime extra. I wish I would have started with these guys instead of host gator. GO TEAM TMD!

I just noticed that in that time I have submitted 58 support tickets. Most of them for dumb things I have done learning the Joomla system. I have never, never waited longer than five minutes for a response from the tech support team!!! That is unheard of these days. I am sure there have been times they hate to see my emails come in - "what did this idiot do now!!!" Their support has always been friendly, courteous and very professional. I can not say enough positive about TMD. The highest rating of 10 is way too low. Use them! You will not be sorry!
