| “I am a new customer, after accidentally letting my web hosting lapse on another site, I needed to get up and running fast as this was a not for profit site and their event was coming up soon! I purchased the CPanel Hosting Plan.
Within an hour I had purchased the space, loaded my site, changed the DNS info with my domain registrar and everything was back up and running! And at a fraction of the cost of my old hosting package!

Chose basic toonie package with a admin panel only to realize that what I really wanted was the mini hosting package that had the cpanel. Contacted them using the ticket method and got a reply back in less then a half hour. Long story short they let me switch my host package with out question (mind you it was only 2 days in)

That is your biggest problem. Anybody that says that this company has good customer relation in their review, has experience running websites, and hasn't really needed their truly deep needed services. For the rest of us, we can just through caution to the wind, and hope for the best!
Price is great, but I don't know about the value!
As far as customer relation I`m being pawned off to talk to someone else to get my issues resolved, and all I am doing is replying to an email that was sent to me.
I am a new customer so I will give it a chance I might be just bad timing or luck. 2 week tops!
*It cant be as bad as Host Clear Where they pull the plug on you at any given notice as they see fit(They feed you the plug ins that cause their own problems).”

Well I am happy with them. I did read OC's review below but do not understand as my site has been up all the time and that I have been in communications with their support department on a frequent basis as I am moving quite a few sites to them now.
All in all, they are good.
They do not offer a free html editor but then again, it seems like most hosting companies out there that offer them but they have to raise their prices to provide this to their customers.
I would recommend toonie hosting to others!”

I've found their control panel to be very slow and their support slower. For a high-priority, website down issue I have yet to get a response (>3 hours). Even an acknowledgment that it is being investigated.
Further they state they ON THEIR HOMEPAGE they won't advertise with your domain, however they most certainly do. Any sub domain that is not yet configured, responds with a very negative custom message & loads of Google Ads.
The plain text file that is sent as your "welcome to tooniehosting.ca" is very bush league; The fact that they state that it will ONLY BE SENT OUT ONCE. Heaven forbid you loose it.
I'm switching ISPs while I type this review.”

| “I started with one site on their Loonie plan to see what they where like.
To my surprise, they where great!
It is a no frills, cheap hosting package that worked for me.
When I had problems, I would request help in the their trouble ticket section and get a quick response and guidence to solve my issue.
Ever since then, I have added more site and used mainly the Toonie plan ($2 per month).
David in Customer support is my favorate. If I met him, I would give him a great big hug for all the help he provided to me when I started my first site because he went beyond typical support. Bloth bluhost.com and 1and1.com would take forever to get back to their customers and would not provide the support their customers needed BUT Tooniehosting does!

| “ToonieHosting.ca is without a doubt fantastic! They get 10s all around.
I don't think you'll find a better hosting package anywhere in the globe. The prices are unbelievable! I went for the toonie deal. I was with another company before and can't believe the difference. For the same price, tooniehosting.ca gave 10x as much disk space and 4x more bandwith. And that's comparing it to the loonie deal. The toonie deal is even better, so I just couldn't pass it up. The servers were sooooo slow at the other hosting company I used. I would get frustrated logging in to update my account, or just simply uploading files. That's not the case with tooniehosting.ca. My hosted website loads about 3x times as fast. I'm so glad I found your website. Customer support was very prompt too, which I've only used twice for basic startup reasons.
The admin panel is much more user-friendly too, the other company I was using had much more of a learning curve and took forever to get a response from their customer service. Maybe it was their server - lol. Funny thing is, I've still got 3 months left on my contract with the other company and don't intend on even login to their site, aside from the fact of deleting files and closing the account.
I've only been with tooniehosting.ca for a few day and the only concern I have are some of the guidelines, like for example, after my domain has propagated, not to use the actual IP address to get to my domain, ftp, or email, or there could be a penalty. I'm just a little worried if I accidentally do it. Still, that is not enough for me to not give them perfect 10s. You guys deserve it!
P.S. Hope you guys keep your same great low rates because I plan to stay with you for many years to come.

Well I have been nothing less then truly impressed with tooniehosting.ca
When I signed up, I received my welcome email quite quickly with all me account details and also a rundown as to what I needed to do to move my site to their server, from start to finish. Submitted a trouble ticket and received a responce within 10 minutes.
For the money, they are great. I thought the price may reflect their service but it doesn't. Why pay $7 a month with lunarpages when you can pay $1 with tooniehosting and get better, faster servers and support!

| “I switched hosting providers about a month ago to tooniehosting.ca from servage.net.
What I have found is that their is real customer support with tooniehosting. With servage, they do not care about their customers and would take 24-48 hours to get any help when needed and even that was more like I they don't give a shit.
When I decided to move, I signed up with tooniehosting and right away I asked them if it was possible to help me move my site. Within 20 minutes, they contacted me. From there within 2 hours, the whole site was moved and my site was good to go.
I must say that they, even though their cost is so low, they offer true services and anyone out there should not pass up.
You guys ROCK tooniehosting!!!!”

Dude, what was you smoking? You emailed them 10 times? It states in the email you get from them about your hosting package that, as a customer, their is a customer support section for you to use. If you used that, you probably would not be so upset.
I have just submitted 2 trouble tickets in the past few days and both were replied to quite quickly and professionally. 1 ticket was for something that was my fault and didn't expect them to assist but they did and even when I appologized for my ignorence, they brushed it off as just a mistake.
I have to say that this company is great. Their prices are great and their service is fast and they assist to get your issues resolved.
I just suspect that since I know others that use tooniehosting as their hosting provider, Dan Belland's trying to cause an issue that is all in his mind. Get life buddy.”

| “This is the biggest, worst, rip off site on the entire internet. Nothign what they tell you is true and they will not solve any problems. they advertise customer service 24/7 and then i emailed them 10 emails and they never responded until i found their direct email some how and then i got a response. THEIR answer was that they get 10,000 spam per day so they cant tell the difference from spam and real people. Also, you DO NOT GET A DOMAIN like outlined. The domain i got consisted of 15 different numbers in front of the domain i registered and thats what you have to type in if you would like someone to go there. YOU literally have to type the entire IP plus the domain you buy off them of you cant visit the site.. They are SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL in every aspect of business and WILL NOT refund EVER because secretly this is a SCAM.
NEVER USE THIS SITE OR YOU WILL EXPERIENCE WHAT I HAVE GUARANTEED!!
IM IN THE MIDST OF REPORDING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS Bureau of Canada to get their business license revoked... ITS A SCAM”

| “I purchased the one dollar per month plan thinking that I am going to get what I paid for but I found that was far from that. Service is awsome, no downtime, and the support department was very quick and professional in helping me get my site moved over. After having problems attempting to move all my website files from my old hosting provider, they offered to move them over for me and it was done within 15 minutes!!!
From there, I have moved 5 of my other sites to them and will be a long term client of theirs as they are great!
