Everytthing was running fine from last more then 6 months, acceptable downtime and good service. But one day server was off. come to know that server is getting changed. (ISSUE) They shoudl have informed us that the server will change and hence down for certain period. (ISSUE) We are asked to change the DNS setting for all domains (ISSUE) fror next 6 days outgoing mail were creating problem, always get the answer other people doesnot have any problem and this is not our problem.
